Instructions for downloading the files:
- Click on the file you want to download.
- Save it to your local drive, which can be a zip disk (100MB only in the SLIS lab), quick drive, or
hard drive (e.g., C:, D:, etc.). It is not recommended to use a floppy disk because it is very slow and
not sufficient to hold all files for some assignments.
- Unzip the file you just downloaded:
- Click on the file you just downloaded.
- If you use any machine in the SLIS lab, you will see a list of
original files listed. On the left side of the window, under "Folder
Tasks," Click "Extract all files."
- Click "Next" to continue.
- Choose the same location that contains your zip file.
- Click on "Next" and wait until it's done.
- Click on "Finish."
You should have all original files extracted to the location you
specified in step 4.
