I am graduating this semester; how do I obtain a letter confirming completion of degree coursework? Print

If you are graduating this semester, you may request a letter stating that you have completed the requirements for your degree and confirming that you have applied for graduation.  Email your request to Cheryl Tennant, This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , and include the following information:

 

Name and Title of the person the letter should be addressed to

Library, school or company name

Complete mailing address

Fax number, if available

Your complete mailing address

 

These letters will be generated after all grades have been posted.  If a fax number is provided, they will be faxed as quickly as possible and the original will also be sent.  A copy of the letter will also be sent to you.
