I would like to thank the Kent State community for your help in implementing Banner, the university’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project. A project of this magnitude requires the collaboration and expertise of many people, often working outside the boundaries of their everyday job descriptions, to ensure that the system best supports the university’s business processes. I have been very gratified by the amount of hard work and cooperation everyone has demonstrated since this project began more than two years ago.
